Training and Compliance Manager

Carmela joined SET in early 2011. She has over 30 years’ experience working in the lending and financial industry, with 9 years as a compliance manager in the financial planning sector.
Her strong analytical and organisational skills and compliance background stands her in good stead for her role as Training and Compliance Manager. These skills together with her cheerful personality, strong work ethic and positive attitude make her a valuable member of the SET Team.

Melita Smith
Office Manager

With over 10 year of experience in the Training Industry, Melita has been a part of the industry during its many changes. Melita has held varied positions throughout her working career from RTO Manager, Office Manager and Personal Assistant to a Vice President of Major Mining Corporation. Melita will be able to assist you with all of your training requirements.
